Client: MurphyBishop Ltd.

MurphyBishop Ltd. is a leader in Systemic Thinking, drawing on the founders’ extensive experience coaching and developing leaders in large organisations.

They offer ICF-accredited coaching programmes, team workshops, and consultancy to support leadership, learning, and change.

Systemic Thinking is at the heart of everything they do, helping people develop the capacity to think systemically, recognise patterns, approach complexity, and tackle challenges in new ways.

Brand & Visual Identity

The visual identity was designed to feel professional, while remaining approachable and human, reflecting the curious and highly relational nature of MurphyBishop’s programmes.

The logo draws on a ripple effect, reflecting how even small interventions in a system can create wide-reaching impact.

I put together a colour palette that feels energetic yet grounded, and selected a rounded typeface to give the brand a friendly, approachable feel.

Illustrations bring abstract ideas to life in playful, expressive ways, complementing the copy and giving the brand personality. They also help the brand stand out from more generic, stock-led visuals.

Website Design

When it came to the website, I focused on making it easy and inviting to explore, with clear, scannable sections.

Programmes were colour-coded to give each one its own personality and help organise the content visually.

I was mindful of hierarchy and spacing, and included a fixed navigation bar at the top, making it simple and intuitive to move through the site.

The content was structured so people with different levels of familiarity could easily find what’s most relevant to them.

Residential Module

Advanced Diploma in Systemic Coaching

For participants of the Advanced Diploma, I was asked to design a set of branded materials: a tote bag, small pouch, and notebook.

The set was intended to be practical, durable, and quietly premium, so the pieces could continue to be useful long after the programme.

The notebook was matched to the programme’s colour palette, and the pouch was carefully selected to hold workshop materials, balancing function with cohesion across the set.

Event Material

For International Coaching Week, I created a few materials to support MurphyBishop’s participation at the Talent and Leadership Club event in London.

This included a roll-up banner, colourful business cards, and postcards with short quotes and illustrations.

The postcards served as takeaways, giving attendees a tangible way to engage with the ideas and the brand beyond the event itself.
